There, nine out of ten are engaged in textile-related work, but as a traditional industry, where is its future?

Affected by the epidemic this year, the Keqiao textile market has been hit hard, but the "crisis" is "the opportunity to be dangerous."

Through industrial upgrading and product innovation, companies appear in front of people one after another. At the same time, more and more people are aware of what innovation development is for.

Today we are mainly talking about the imminent changes in Keqiao printing and dyeing. The preliminary plan is to realize the automatic weighing and batching conveying system for printing and dyeing chemical production by the end of the year.

Not later than 2021.

At present, about 45% of the printing and dyeing enterprises in the region have color measurement and color matching systems, 50% have semi-automatic and automatic dye auxiliary weighing and conveying systems, and 55% have manufacturing, purchasing, sales and warehouse management systems.

70% of companies have useful energy and wastewater monitoring systems.

It can be said that with the "Action Plan" put forward, almost all the printing and dyeing industries in Keqiao District are gradually upgrading their enterprises.

At the same time, Keqiao District is actively implementing the three-year action plan for the intelligent transformation of key enterprises in the city, implementing the transformation and upgrading of the entire chain of textiles, textiles, and clothing processing.

Following the completion of the intelligent transformation of the first batch of 65 key enterprises last year, another 83 key enterprises have implemented intelligent transformation this year.

At present, 67 enterprises have basically completed the transformation task, with a total investment of 1.605 billion yuan, of which 42 printing and dyeing enterprises have basically completed the annual intelligent transformation target task.

At the same time, in order to give full play to the advantages of local enterprises in Keqiao, Keqiao District is still advancing the transformation of industrial intelligence, implementing classified guidance for different enterprise bases.

Guide leading enterprises to implement the intelligent transformation of the entire plant, and backbone enterprises to implement the transformation of complete sets of equipment and intelligent workshops.

Let the traditional production method enterprises carry out the technical transformation of a single production line, so that the intelligent transformation of the textile industry in the entire region has distinctive features and highlights.

I believe that after this targeted transformation, Keqiao's printing and dyeing industry will be full of new vitality.
